Jesus Speaks

It was March 9, 2009 when I attended a woman’s one day Lenten retreat.  After several hours of spiritual discussions and exercises we were asked to take pen and paper and find ourselves a quiet spot either in the church or outside.  Once situated we were to pick a mantra, repeat it quietly then listen and write down what we heard in our heads. 

I found myself in the church proper in one of the cry rooms.  I could clearly see the sanctuary, the large Crucifix and the tabernacle.  Feeling rather skeptical I sat with eyes transfixed on the altar.  It was then I felt the urge to write.  That was the beginning.  I do not make any claims as to the nature or content of what follows in this book.  I can only tell you that I write what comes into my head. Most have been written down during Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. 

I have edited out all personal references or references to others but I have not changed the context.  I cannot comment on the meaning nor explain what these paragraphs are about.  Each individual should look inward for that.
